Migraine is a common complaint in many people.

Symptoms of migraine can be very distressing and could impede routine activities.

Until now, the exact cause of migraine is unknown.

However, few studies have finally found some light on what are the causes of migraine.

Here among which may be the cause of migraine, namely:
1. Food

One major cause is allegedly certain foods. There are some foods that have been identified as foods that can trigger a migraine.

Some migraine sufferers are usually less tolerant tehadap foods such as cheese, chocolate, and citrus. Coffee and caffeine-containing foods can also trigger migraines.

In addition, Chinese food containing monosodium glutamate and artificial sweetener Aspartame is found in diet drinks and foods, can also cause migraine headaches.
2. Stress

Stress has been known to be one cause of headaches. Long working hours, especially working with computers, hard physical labor, or work pressure can be a migraine trigger.

8. Lack of Magnesium

Magnesium supplements has been proven as an effective natural remedy for migraine, either in food or by taking supplements.

9. Other Causes
